EARLY ADOPTER PROGRAM
UAVA Early Adopter Program Protects Your Investment
Who is an early adopter?
The Early Adopter Program for the Eagle XF has ended. Thanks to all of you who participated in the program. Your input has helped us to develop the exceptional Eagle platform while keeping your purchase up to date and flying safely. The next program will begin with the release of our Eagle X8 in late fall.
How does it work?
If structural, component or other major defects are detected in Version 1.0 of the Eagle XF during the first year of ownership by an “early adopter,” and UAV-America determines the defect will adversely affect safety or flight characteristics, then UAVA will repair or replace whatever is necessary, free of charge to “early adopters.” Who is an “early adopter”? Anyone purchasing an Eagle XF Version 1.0 on or before June 30, 2016.Early adopters will be covered by this program for the first year of ownership at no charge. The only exceptions are if your bird crashes due to pilot/operator error or improper setup, or if someone damages your Eagle XF while it is not flying, for example someone steps on it, leaves it unprotected outside, etc. The defect, for this program to apply, must occur and be discovered within 12 months of ownership by the early adopter and must be reported to UAVA in writing within 13 months of the early adopter’s purchase.
